Since our founding in 2021, GH Foundation has achieved significant milestones in promoting health and gender equality in Tanzania. We are proud of our impact and the positive change we've created in the lives of individuals and communities. Here are some of our key achievements.
GH Foundation successfully reached over 1 million people through community outreach, media campaigns, and collaborations with influencers, promoting awareness on NCD prevention and management.

Over the past three years, GH Foundation raised more than 1.2 billion Tanzanian shillings to assist NCD patients. To date, the Foundation has fully funded the medical expenses for over 200 NCD patients across 18 regions in Tanzania.

The Foundation has made it possible for 16 patients with Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) to access medical care abroad, arranging for them to travel to countries like the USA, India, Turkey, Kenya, and South Africa to receive treatments unavailable in our local hospitals.

GH Foundation has impacted the lives of over 800 vulnerable children from 11 regions, offering scholarships, educational support, and life skills programs. Of these, 43 students received fully funded scholarships, including tuition, uniforms, books, and hostel fees, while more than 700 students have received partial support, including stationery and uniforms.

GH Foundation has provided legal assistance to 7 GBV survivors, helping them access justice. Additionally, 27 GBV survivors have benefited from psychosocial support, including counseling and trauma recovery services.

GH Foundation has empowered over 500 women, all survivors of gender-based violence (GBV), through comprehensive financial literacy and entrepreneurship training programs. Among these, 53 have received soft loans and small grants, enabling them to rebuild their lives by starting or expanding income-generating activities, fostering both resilience and independence.

GH Foundation has built 4 houses for homeless widows who are GBV survivors in the regions of Morogoro, Pwani, Arusha, and Dar es Salaam. These houses provide safe shelter and a stable environment for the survivors and their children.

In 2024, GH Foundation successfully reached over 2.4 million views through engaging reels and posts on Instagram and Facebook, sharing educational content on gender equality and GBV prevention.
Social Media Views
GH Foundation is a key player in Tanzania's healthcare sector, enhancing support for patients with non-communicable diseases, particularly children, by providing vital medical equipment. Each year, the Foundation delivers items like bedside monitors, infusion pumps, and portable oxygen concentrators to hospitals based on their specific requirements. To date, it has supplied medical equipment to facilities such as Kisarawe District Hospital, Mwananyamala Regional Hospital, and Muhimbili National Hospital.
